Since their debut album in 2015, Vasas Flora och Fauna has been one of the most interesting musical phenomenas in Finland and Sweden. The albums - "Släkt med Lotta Svärd", "Veneziansk afton" and "Möte med skoggardisterna" - can be seen as modern classics created in a Swedish-Finnish context. Vasas Flora och Fauna tells something about the present and the history on both sides of the Gulf of Bothnia. The world created by the group is built between the narrator and the listener, with an unusual directness.

In August 2023, Vasas Flora och Faunas new album "Man Blåser Bort" was released, and it has received good reviews in the Finnish and Swedish music media.
