Underground adventure with delicious pastry and coffee!!
Combo ticket allows you to experience the dim atmosphere of an old limestone mine, a family-friendly troll cave, and enjoy coffee with pastries in the cozy Villa Kokkokallio by the shore of Lake Lohja.
The exhibitions at Tytyri Mine Experience 80 meters below ground level showcase local mining history through pictures, texts, objects, and old machinery. The geological exhibition enhances understanding of minerals, past times, and the purpose of mines. The old crushing station is now used for art, showcasing various art compositions. In addition, you'll experience the exciting troll cave and its inhabitant, the troll Rönni. The price includes free access to the mine during opening hours.
With the combo ticket, you'll enjoy the beautiful surroundings and a cozy coffee moment at Villa Kokkokallio before or after the underground adventure. Villa Kokkokallio's café operates in the former residence of a sawmill manager built in 1928, approximately 700 meters from Tytyri Mine Experience.
The combo ticket includes free access to Tytyri Adventure Mine and coffee/tea with a choice of pastry from the display case at Villa Kokkokallio. For children, an alternative option is juice. Opening hours Wednesday-Thursday 11:00-16:00, Friday-Saturday 11:00-18:00, Sunday 11:00-16:00.

Note! Please be prepared to show the ticket at both locations when visiting (Tytyri Adventure Mine and Villa Kokkokallio)
Arrive for the self-guided mine tour no later than one hour before closing.
Do not visit if you have a cold or are otherwise ill. Underground temperature is +8 degrees Celsius and helmets are required. Helmets are provided at the visitor center before entering the mine.
