Öuran is the band that no one thought existed - a folk rock band that writes magical-realistic music with a Larsmo dialect, with lyrics that both burst with joy and reflect on the personal. The band debuted with the album "Fåglan på rymmin" (2023) and has since released the 60s-inspired singles "Lektris", "Tro, Hopp & Kärlek" and "Silver Motorped" (2024) and has performed concerts around Swedish-Finland. In 2025, the band will appear with the line-up of double bass, violin, slide guitar and Landola.
King Yanz (FI/ESP)
Meet King Yanz, a Finnish-born Congolese artist who has carved a unique niche in the vibrant Finnish and British rap scene. His music is a dynamic fusion of old-school hip-hop, UK drill, grime, and even jazz, creating a sound that is both authentic and innovative. Yanz is celebrated for his thought-provoking and conscious hip-hop style, which challenges stereotypes and stays true to his roots.
His willingness to be vulnerable and share raw emotions through his lyrics allows listeners to connect on a profound level. Sometimes performing with a live band, Yanz infuses his rap with the improvisational flair of funk and jazz, bringing a distinct flavor to his music. More than just beats and rhymes, Yanz's artistry is a powerful self-expression that transcends cultural boundaries, inviting audiences to experience the depth and passion of his journey.
Dirty Fries (FI)
Dirty Fries is a band that debuted in the fall of 2024 with the EP "At least we fried", and they are already current with new music. Memorable hooks and swinging rhythms make the music fun, regardless of whether you play it or listen to it.
