Purchase policy
NetTicket.fi is a service provided by Oy NetTicket Finland Ab from where You can buy e-tickets to events. The service is acting only as an agent.
The organizer of the event is responsible for any damages due to or arising out of the cancellation of the event, and location or schedule changes as well as the obligation due in Article 2 of the Value Added Tax Act. The service and event organizer do not replace lost tickets.
The buyer of the ticket is obligated to check that the event has not been cancelled. If the event is cancelled the ticket price is refunded, but a possible net purchase fee, processing fees or possible postage expenses are not included in the refund. If you buy a special-priced ticket (e.g. child, student, senior citizen) be prepared to show your ID card at the entrance to the event.
Check your ticket carefully before the purchase has been completed! Paid tickets can neither be changed nor refunded.
A processing fee of 1 euro per ticket is charged for the e-ticket.
The E-ticket is delivered by e-mail as an attachment to the mail message.

When buying e-tickets online 1 €/ticket (incl. VAT 24%) is added to the price, for tickets more than 50€ 1,50€/ticket. The tickets are delivered by email as PDF attachment.
Service fee for Mobile ticket is 1,50€/ticket (incl. VAT 24%). Delivery by SMS, HTML-ticket and e-mail (PDF attachment).
Service fee for Mailticket is 2,50€/ticket (incl. VAT 24%). Tickets are delivered to your home by 1. class mail.
In booking offices the service fee is 1,50€/ticket (incl. VAT 24%).
